Soudal Silirub2 silicone is the recommended adhesive for Pinpoint, Birdchain™ and Prospike™. It is a low modulus neutral cure silicone which requires no primer and sticks to most clean dry surfaces. It has a life expectancy in excess of 25 years and will resist temperatures from -40° to +200°C.
Soudal All Weather provides superior adhesion to all surfaces including bitumen, asphalt and zinc. Tack free in 10 minutes and unaffected by rain during or immediately after application. For extra bond strength against seagulls, for instance, use Soudal Fix ALL (clear).
All adhesives are applied using a caulking gun.
Silirub 2 - Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
Soudal fixall - Application temperature: +5°C until +35°C
Soudal Aquafix (all weather) - Application temperature: +1°C to +30°C
